The Opportunity

A fast-growing market, still waiting for a category leader

Hair and skin care is one of India’s fastest-growing aesthetic categories — yet it remains fragmented across standalone salons and single clinics. That gap is the opportunity.

22%
Hair-transplant market CAGR
India’s hair-transplant market is growing ~22% a year — from ~$252M (2024) toward ~$1.7B by 2033.
$4.4B
Medical-aesthetics market by 2033
India’s medical-aesthetics market (~$1.9B in 2024) is projected to more than double, at ~10% CAGR.
~21
Age hair loss now begins
The onset age of pattern baldness in India has fallen to the early twenties — driven by genetics, stress and pollution.
#1
Fastest-growing in Asia-Pacific
India is the fastest-growing hair-transplant market in the region, and a leading medical-tourism destination.

A fragmented market is consolidating

Demand is met today by unbranded salons and one-off clinics. Branded, multi-location chains are now emerging — and trusted brands win the category.

The shift to non-surgical care

PRP, GFC and exosome therapies are bringing younger patients in earlier and more often — turning one-time procedures into ongoing, recurring treatment relationships.

Tier-2 & tier-3 are under-served

Most chains crowd the metros. Demand in tier-2 and tier-3 cities is strong, supply is thin, rents are sharper and customer loyalty lasts longer — exactly where we expand.

A rising, aspirational middle class

An estimated ~500M-strong middle class by 2030, higher disposable incomes and social-media-driven beauty standards are making aesthetic care a mainstream spend.

Two categories, one footprint

Hair and skin patients share households but not visits. Housing both brands under one roof captures both wallets without doubling real estate or overheads.

From service to product

The same clinical actives used in treatment extend into a consumer hair-care range — adding a recurring D2C revenue layer on top of clinic services.

Market figures (rounded): India hair-transplant market ~USD 252M (2024) → ~USD 1.74B by 2033, ~22% CAGR (IMARC Group); India medical-aesthetics market ~USD 1.86B (2024) → ~USD 4.39B by 2033, ~10% CAGR (DataM Intelligence); India aesthetic procedures ~15.6% CAGR to 2030 (Grand View Research); Asia-Pacific / onset-age data from Mordor Intelligence & Business Market Insights, 2024–2026.

The Model

A franchise built on a repeatable playbook

We don’t franchise a clinic — we franchise a system. Every location runs on the same engine that scaled us from one clinic to sixteen.

01

One operating playbook

The same diagnostic workflow, treatment protocols, patient-management software and brand experience at every clinic — repeatable unit economics, not one-off outcomes.

02

Two brands, two revenue lines

From July 2026 every clinic also houses Miss Skin, our dedicated skin-care brand — doubling clinic-level revenue without doubling real estate, staffing or overhead.

03

Central marketing & lead generation

Partners plug into the group’s marketing, performance ads and lead engine — the same systems that fill our existing clinics’ calendars.

04

Medical supervision & training

Standardised clinical protocols, doctor and technician training, and ongoing supervision keep quality and safety consistent across the network.

05

A consumer product layer

A clinical hair-care range built on our actives gives every patient a regimen between visits — and partners a recurring, higher-margin product line.

06

A brand patients trust

You open under an established, media-recognised name — the difference between competing on price and being chosen on trust.

The Next Five Years

From 16 clinics to 100

A deliberate, city-by-city rollout on a single playbook — backed by a category growing in strong double digits.

6.3×
targeted network growth, 2026–2031
  • Each clinic operating two brands — hair & skin — under one roof
  • A consumer hair-care line adding recurring D2C revenue
  • Expansion weighted to high-demand tier-2 & tier-3 corridors
  • Selective metro flagships for brand and medical tourism

The clinic trajectory shown is an illustrative path toward the company’s stated five-year target of 100 clinics; it is a goal, not a forecast, and is not a projection or guarantee of franchise revenue, profit or returns. Market-growth context is drawn from the third-party sources cited above. Specific franchise investment, fees and terms are shared during the discovery process.

Where We’re Expanding
