Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Products can only be returned or exchanged before delivery is completed. Once the product has been delivered and received, returns will no longer be accepted. Refunds or exchanges will not apply in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • Product is used or altered by the customer.
  • Return request is initiated after the delivery is completed.

 

Return/Exchange Procedure
Wrong Item Delivered:
  1. Submit a cancellation or replacement request before delivery is completed via email at return@misterhair.in with photos of the wrong item and your order ID, or call +91 70260 62494.
  2. Allow 48 working hours for us to review the request.
  3. If the item is in transit, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect item.
  4. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, we will provide an alternative solution.
  5. Once collected or refused, we will ship the replacement product if available or process a refund.
Item Damaged:

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the order is canceled before it is delivered. Once you receive the product, refunds will no longer be processed.

  • Prepaid Orders: If the order is canceled prior to delivery, refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery: If the order is canceled before delivery, refunds will be transferred to your bank account based on your preference. Please provide the necessary details for processing.

If you are contacted for delivery after a refund request, please refuse the delivery to ensure a smooth refund process.
