Late cancellations may involve a small fee, as the slot could have been offered to another client.
Refund Policy
If you cancel in advance, your booking amount will be refunded or adjusted for a future appointment.
For late cancellations or missed appointments, the advance amount may not be refundable.
Once a treatment or procedure has started, refunds are not applicable.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your appointment with prior notice.
