• Your appointment is secured only after the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your appointment by informing us at least 24–48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may involve a small fee, as the slot could have been offered to another client.

Refund Policy

• If you cancel in advance, your booking amount will be refunded or adjusted for a future appointment.
• For late cancellations or missed appointments, the advance amount may not be refundable.
• Once a treatment or procedure has started, refunds are not applicable.

Rescheduling

• You can reschedule your appointment with prior notice.
• We will do our best to offer you a convenient new time based on availability.
